The fugitives seek refuge amongst the ruins of the Juraian imperial villa, and finally discover the identity of the man claiming to be the rightful heir to the throne of Jurai; the exiled warrior Kagato. Kagato turns up at the ruins to face Tenchi’s grandfather in combat once more.
